Nick's extensive real-world experience as an entrepreneur uniquely positions him to guide clients through pivotal business decisions as well as pursue investment opportunities. Nick is adept at efficiently connecting buyers and sellers, ensuring that every client ultimately attains their desired outcomes.

When it comes to commercial real estate, Nick helps landlords find qualified tenants as well as business operators find spaces that fit their unique business needs. He specializes in leasing space for restaurants, bars and other small businesses. Nick's unwavering commitment to detail, coupled with a blend of creativity and tenacity, sets him apart.

Originally from Chicago, Nick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Dayton. As the founder and owner of Pesola Hospitality Group, Nick created a business from scratch, transforming a pop-up food tent at Findlay Market into a thriving restaurant group with 3 successful concepts in the greater Cincinnati area. Both Nick and his restaurants have garnered numerous awards over the years, a testament to his business acumen and grit.
