Originally from Chicago, Nick earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Spanish at the University of Dayton. As the founder and owner of Pesola Hospitality Group, Nick created a business from scratch, transforming a pop-up food tent at Findlay Market into a thriving restaurant group with 3 successful concepts in the greater Cincinnati area. Both Nick and his restaurants have garnered numerous awards over the years, a testament to his business acumen and grit.
